We’re experiencing issues with Opine AI features. The third-party provider that we used to analyze data and provide AI features is experiencing downtime. Some features, such as the Opine AI deal summary, may not function as expected.

This incident is now resolved.

A fix for the degraded performance when accessing the application has been deployed.

The feature toggle service is back up and running, and all previously unavailable features are now available again. Thanks for your patience while we worked on this.
